Graphic Design / Photography
I was tasked with developing a content strategy for the 2025 ICT Maintenance campaigns by colleagues within the ICT Governance department. This involved developing a communications plan aimed at students to build awareness about ongoing maintenance windows, as well as major fixed maintenance weekends to enable major upgrades to take place.
I developed and implemented a content strategy across social media, digital signage and student newsletters, which features current ICT staff members as the talent, capturing photographs from within the University data centre. The intention of this was to be used for not only the ICT maintenance campaign, but for ancillary stock as needed for other initiatives.
I captured the following photographs with a mixture of lighting options. Several options were selected for social media usage, with accompanying captions planned for distribution throughout 2025 at the commencement of each Trimester.

Digital Signage
Using the University’s wallflowers at all campuses, digital signage was developed to raise awareness about ICT maintenance.

For fixed maintenance weekends, I developed tailored graphical signage with specific advice for students, working with stakeholders across ICT Governance and Student Enquiries.

Social Media
Graphics with consistent visuals were also developed for distribution on the UniSQ Current Students Facebook group.
